 I have been teaching labor coping techniques for 10 years and have supported moms, couples and families during birth for 16 years. I feel honored and grateful for each invitation to participate in a birth.   I am mom to Mandi and Heidi and grandson Logan's "Samma". I believe the moments spent in labor and birth can be empowering, awakening, awesome and fulfilling. Respectful of individual preferences, I look forward to sitting quietly, or singing, rocking, walking, massaging and encouraging you through labor.  My first Childbirth class at St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. These babies are all turning eleven and many of them have younger brothers and sisters.
