Spirits can also be reasoned with, and have much success in getting a spirit to move on by reasoning with it. DEMON = Demonic ifluence and eventual possession is a subject that is much misunderstood, and the fact is that demonic possession is thankfully rare. POLTERGIST = This is usually caused by someone in the home mentally projecting and causing some very real haunting like activity. At the onset of puberty, an adoloescent, usually a girl, lashes out mentally and causes the poltergeist activity to begin.
