SIRE: AKC Field Champion & 2xAmerican Field Champion Chattahoochee The sire of this litter, Chattahoochee, is an exciting dog to watch on the ground and is snappy, animated, and forward moving with a ton of drive and stamina. He is a titled AKC Field Champion, a 2xAmerican Field Champion, and is the 2020 and the 2019 Southern Open Brittany Shooting Dog Champion. Chattachoochee is sired by Brittany Gun Dog legend 2x NGDC DC AFC Winchester of Hanging Jaze who claimed the 1995 and 1999 American Brittany Club National Gun Dog Champion titles, was awarded 4th place at the 1998 American Brittany Club National Gun Dog Championship and also awarded the 1998 National Dual Dog of the Year award and led the field in 1999 with a total of 22 field trial placements in that single year alone. In addition to his multiple national awards, 2x NGDC DC AFC Winchester of Hanging Jaze is on record of earning the #410th Brittany Dual Champion title in addition to being an Amateur Field Champion. He has sired multiple dogs who have field trial, show, and national awards. 2x NGDC DC AFC Winchester of Hanging Jaze is sired by Hall of Fame inductee FC AFC Rimarda's Trademark HOF - who held the record for the most hour wins at the time of his retirement in the early 1990's, is a 5x American Field Champion, the 1990 Iams All Age Dog of the Year after being in the top three the previous three years, and has produced 5 DC, 32 FC, 24 AFC, and multiple National winners including NFC FC Rimarda's Gambler, NAFC FC AFC TM's Tennessee Twister, NGDC FC AFC Hybrittin's Hot Pursuit, and Hall of Fame inductee FC AFC Jerob's Magic Tradewinds HOF in addtion to being the grandsire of NFC DC AFC Gambler's Ace in the Hole HOF and NFC FC Farther Out Ace. Chattachoochie's sire's pedigree also includes multiple other nationally awarded and/or hall of fame inductees and brittany legends including NAFC FC AFC The Real Thing, NAFC FC AFC Jake's Son of a Gun Runner HOF, NFC DC AFC Ban-Dee HOF, NAFC FC AFC Brandy's Bullet HOF, NAFC FC Gun-Runner's Far Out HOF, NFC FC AFC Bazooka's Brandy HOF, and NAFC DC AFC Gingo De Britt HOF. Chattachoochee's mother is our own Drew's Favorite Ginger Snap who has whelped multiple nationally awarded offspring and has went down in the Carter Brittany Kennel's hall of fame for her sucess as a producer of premium quatily offspring. Ginger's sire is our own FC AFC Brook's Little Pete (Opie) who finished the 2008 field trial season as the #5 gun dog in the nation who earned his AKC field champion and AKC amateur field champion titles with minimal campaigning who also has a stellar pedigree to match. DAM: Suckerpunch Sally  The mother of the litter is SuckerPunch Sally, who was named after the vintage motorcycle company because her markings have plenty of "chrome." Suckerpunch Sally, is sired by 2007 National Gun Dog Champion NGDC FC AFC Hit's For Pete's Sake. In addition to his prestigious National win, NGDC FC AFC Hit's For Pete's Sake is also a titled field champion and amateur field champion with 35 field trial placements under hit belt. At the 2009 National Open Gun Dog Championship he was also awarded the Judge's Award of Merit Badge. NGDC FC AFC Hit's for Pete's Sake, as typical for any dog of his stature, is a fluid and classy handling gun dog with a ton of drive. He is absolutely beautiful to behold on point as it is incredibly intense and stylish. He hails from a long line of dogs who have been successful in the field and showring and have obtained their field and show champion status. Most notable, his grandmother is 1994 National Gun Dog Champion NGDC FC AFC Hybrittan's Hot Pursuit, both of his great-grandfather's are Brittany Hall of Fame dogs who are among an elite few to have ever sired multiple national champions: FC AFC Hi-Score Jac D' Ruffian HOF and FC AFC Rimarda's Trademark HOF, and extending further out his pedigree includes 1979 National Amateur All Age Champion NAFC FC AFC The Real Thing, Brittany Hall of Famer DC AFC Scipio's Little Chick HOF, Brittany Hall of Famer and 1983 National All Age Champion NFC FC AFC Bean's Blaze, and Brittany Hall of Famer and 1986 National All Age Champion NFC FC AFC Markar's Jac's A Dan D HOF. Suckerpunch Sally's maternal line builds on the legendary NGDC NAGDC FC AFC Peter Gunn, who made Brittany breed history in 2009 as being the first dog to hold both the National Open and the National Amateur Gun Dog Championship titles. He was also awarded the National 2010 Magnum's Masked Man award for having the highest amount of gun dog field trial wins/points of any dog in the country. Peter Gunn made history again in 2012 by winning the National Tri Tronic's Top Shooting Dog Award and becoming the first dog in the history of the breed to have been awarded every National Gun Dog/Shooting Dog Title and Award provided. He remains one of the top performance Brittany gun dogs of all times and to date, he remains the only dog to have ever been awarded every national gun dog title and award.
RESERVATIONS We have planned this exceptionally well bred litter with expectations of producing puppies of tremendous field/hunting quality. The litter is expected to produce puppies with bloodlines that promote a sound, reasonable, and trainable attitude and disposition for any degree of activity ranging from a hunting partner to jogging partner to couch potato. These puppies will be strong, healthy bird dogs with intense desire and style, highly intelligent with an eagerness to learn, great conformations, and happy, biddable temperaments that will make them easy and enjoyable to live with at home. We strive to find the right match for each puppy which includes an evaluation of the temperament, attitude and energy level as well as physical qualities to ensure the best home for each puppy. Puppies come with a complete 26 month health guarantee against genetic defects. All dewclaws will be removed, tails will be docked, and they will be up to date on all vaccinations and dewormer. We feed our puppies Purina Proplan Performance Salmon and Rice which is a premium, top quality all-lifestages food that is suitable for optimum growth and development. The puppies will be very well socialized, healthy puppies that should easily adapt to their new homes. We will ship puppies within the continental United States via airline. Prices do vary depending on the airline used. We generally fly puppies out of the Atlanta, GA (ATL) airport and generally are able to secure direct flights to most locations. If we are able to use Delta or American Airlines, all-inclusive pricing for airline transfers are $385.00 which includes booking, health certificate, airline approved travel kennel, food and water bowls, and our 400 mile round trip to the airport for drop off.
